Marc introduces a kushiage bento featuring skewered and deep-fried ingredients such as chicken, onion, lotus root and kabocha pumpkin. This type of bento is popular because it's easy-to-eat and filling. Maki demonstrates how to make a bento containing chicken that's been cooked with wasabi and soy sauce.
